Certificate in Food Safety (Unit 167) - Holiday Programme

Description

This course is designed to teach you safe methods of handling food as per NZQA Level 2 (4 credits) of the Hospitality Standards Institute requirements. Students credited with this unit standard are able to maintain effective personal hygiene when working with food & prevent cross contamination in a food business. Students will need to bring some products on the second day for assessment to take place. Certificates will be issued to qualifying students. Fees include cost of course manual. *Materials extra.
