NZSL is an official language with the same status as English & Maori. Sign language is a combination of hand shapes, facial expressions & body movements. Our qualified NZSL tutor will deepen your understanding of the Deaf community & their cultural identity in this Beginners course. Fee includes cost of printed materials.

This course covers Units 7 - 9 of the NZSLTA syllabus.

Students must have completed Beginners Stages 1 and 2 or Units 1 - 6 of the NZSLTA syllabus.
